The Presidents Message
July 2008
This is the formal kick off for the Silver Creek Valley Country Club Homeowner’s Association’s (SCVCCHOA) website. We are proud to announce our new website designed to provide all the residents with in-depth information about our community and to provide the Homeowners Association and residents with quick and easy communications.
Visitors to Silver Creek Valley Country Club and our Evergreen Neighbors are invited to take advantage of the information we have posted about Community Affairs, Wildlife and Pests, Pets, and Safety, as well as links on this page for Visitors Frequently Asked Questions about visiting Silver Creek and information for Home Buyers.
Residents of Silver Creek Valley Country Club are invited to log into the Residents Only section of the website to learn much more about the many activities in our community, and to learn about our Homeowner Association.
SCVCC HOA is one of the largest gated communities in all of California with over 1,600 acres of land with 1,550 residential units and one of the premier championship golf courses and Country Clubs inside our gates. The community was started in the early 1990’s when it was designed and built primarily by Shea Homes. The Mediterranean design with the tall palm entry way gives the community the look and feel of a premier resort. The mix of homes range from 1,500 square foot condominiums to palatial custom built homes over 14,000 square feet in size. There is literally something for everyone looking for the perfect place to kick back and retire or bring up a family or just looking for a great place to live, work and relax and play. Silver Creek Valley CC residents have some of the highest income levels in all of San Jose yet it is one of the most secure communities inside our gated, guarded and patrolled streets.
SCVCC is located in the south eastern foothills at the outskirts of San Jose the community borders on 1,000 of acres of Oak covered and open grassy hillsides. We are in a country setting with abundance of wildlife , yet the community is only a 15-20 minute drive from the downtown areas of San Jose and its extensive nightlife, sports centers, shopping and business. The scenic Silver Creek bordered by numerous oaks and environmentally protected areas winds thru the heart of the community while the hillsides, parks and golf course have vistas that can see to San Francisco on a clear day.
Much of this beauty is described in pictures and information on our new website so please go through the website and continue to enjoy and appreciate the truly great place you live called Silver Creek Valley Country Club.

Past President SCVCCHOA
Special Thanks from the President
We all owe a tremendous round of thanks and gratitude to Nanci Grady for the thousands of hours of time spent developing and proofing everything that has gone into the new website. Also, we would like to thank Jason Kasznar and his staff at Agile Web Designs for the extensive amount of time and effort that they have put into the programming and design or our new website. We hope that this new website will provide a way for all of the residents to quickly get answers to any questions that they have about their community or to find out where they can get the right answer or information.
Fred Pilster,
Past President SCVCCHOA
